For event recording, use a good-quality microSD card with:
- capacity up to 128GB
- Class 10 speed rating
- U1 speed rating or higher
The microSD card is not included.
To install the card:
1. Turn the camera off.
2. Locate the microSD card slot on the bottom of the PTZ camera.
3. Insert the card with its metal contacts facing the back of the camera.
4. Turn the camera on.
5. Open the Connect SmartHome app.
6. Check that the card is detected and displays the correct capacity.
Format the card to FAT32 on a computer before first use.
When the card becomes full, the oldest recordings are automatically overwritten.
Always switch the camera off before inserting or removing the microSD card.
