Question: How can I reset my Connect Smart Deadbolt to factory default settings?
Answer:
Remove the battery cover.
Hold the Reset button for 10 seconds until a long beep sounds.
The lock resets and removes all PINs, fingerprints and Wi-Fi data.
Re-pair via the Connect SmartHome App after reset.
