Question: How do I factory reset the Smart Internal Door Lock with Fingerprint?

Answer:

Method 1 (via app):

  • Remove the lock from the Connect SmartHome app

Method 2 (manual reset):

  1. Turn thumb latch vertical → horizontal, 5 times in 5 sec

  2. Light turns blue

  3. Touch the sensor within 10 seconds

  4. Long beep = reset complete

  5. Lock is now ready for new setup
