Issue: Lock is unresponsive

Replace all 4x AA batteries with fresh ones.
Ensure the battery compartment is closed securely.
Issue: Cannot connect to the app
Possible Causes & Fixes:Verify your phone’s Bluetooth and GPS are enabled.
