Question: How do I troubleshoot common issues with the Smart Internal Door Lock?

Answer:

Indicator not working:

  • Battery may be flat — recharge or connect USB-C emergency power

  • Lock may be in lockdown mode — wait 2 mins or unlock via app

Fingerprint won’t unlock:

  • Ensure sensor and finger are clean

  • Use a registered fingerprint

  • Press finger flat, not angled

App not connecting:

  • Ensure Bluetooth is ON

  • Move phone closer to the lock

  • Stay within 5m if indoors
