Indicator not working:
Battery may be flat — recharge or connect USB-C emergency power
Lock may be in lockdown mode — wait 2 mins or unlock via app
Fingerprint won’t unlock:
Ensure sensor and finger are clean
Use a registered fingerprint
Press finger flat, not angled
App not connecting:
Ensure Bluetooth is ON
Move phone closer to the lock
Stay within 5m if indoors
