Indicator not working:
Batteries may be flat — replace all 4 AAA
Use USB-C emergency power if needed
Unlock failure:
Ensure fingerprint is registered
Keep finger clean and flat on the sensor
Clean sensor if dirty
App not connecting:
Ensure Bluetooth is on
Move closer to the lock (within 5m range)
Tap device in app when prompted
