Answer:

Indicator not working:

  • Batteries may be flat — replace all 4 AAA

  • Use USB-C emergency power if needed

Unlock failure:

  • Ensure fingerprint is registered

  • Keep finger clean and flat on the sensor

  • Clean sensor if dirty

App not connecting:

  • Ensure Bluetooth is on

  • Move closer to the lock (within 5m range)

  • Tap device in app when prompted
