Question: What should I do if the camera won’t connect?

Answer:

  • Ensure your phone has Bluetooth enabled and is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

  • Keep the camera close to your router during the setup process.

  • Move the router closer or use a Wi-Fi extender if the signal is weak.

  • Reset the camera by following these steps:

    1. Press and hold the Reset button until you hear the “di-di-ding” sound.

    2. Wait for the “ding, ding, ding” sound and make sure the blue LED starts blinking.

    3. Open the Connect SmartHome app, tap the “+” icon > Add Device, and follow the on-screen instructions to pair the camera again.
