Question: What should I do if my camera is not powering on or connecting to the app?

Answer:

  • Ensure the solar panel is correctly plugged in and receiving direct sunlight.

  • Use a standard USB charger to test if the camera powers on.

  • Confirm the Laser Smart Home app is up to date.

  • Reset the camera using the small button (usually inside the waterproof housing) and reattempt pairing.
