Question: What should I do if the CSH-ODCAMS Smart Outdoor Security Camera is not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Make sure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz; 5GHz networks are not supported.
  2. Restart the camera by holding the reset button for 5 seconds and retry the setup process.
  3. Verify that your Wi-Fi password is correct and that your smartphone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  4. Move the camera closer to the router to ensure a stronger signal.
  5. If the issue persists, consider using a Wi-Fi extender.
