Question: What should I do if the CSH-ODCAM Smart Outdoor Security Camera is not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz is not supported.
  2. Restart the camera by holding the reset button for 5 seconds.
  3. Verify that the Wi-Fi password is correct.
  4. Move the camera closer to the router to ensure a stronger signal.
  5. If the issue persists, consider using a Wi-Fi extender.
