Question: What should I do if the CSH-ALRM Smart Alarm is not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as 5GHz networks are not supported.
  2. Restart the alarm by holding the reset button for 6 seconds and retry pairing.
  3. Check your Wi-Fi password for accuracy and ensure that the alarm is within the range of the router.
  4. Try switching from Wi-Fi mode to AP mode if issues persist.
