            Question: How do I connect the Gateway for the CSH-WTRCTRLR to the app?

            Answer:

            1. Press and hold the pairing button on the Gateway for approximately 20 seconds until the LED light flashes red.
            2. Ensure you are connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network as 5GHz is not supported.
