Question: What should I do if the CSH-GU53WW5W Smart Warm White Light Bulb is not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz networks are not supported.
  2. If the light is not blinking, turn it on and off 4 times to re-enter pairing mode.
  3. Double-check your Wi-Fi credentials.
  4. If the light blinks slowly, switch from EZ Mode to AP Mode in the app’s pairing settings.
  5. Restart the app and router if connection issues persist.
