Question: What should I do if I have trouble connecting or setting up my Smart Garage Opener with Pan Tilt Camera?

Answer:

  • Confirm Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (2.4GHz only) are active.

  • Check Wi-Fi signal strength at install location.

  • Restart camera if blue LED isn’t blinking rapidly (press Reset).

  • If needed, separate your Wi-Fi SSID for 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands.

  • Refer to Telstra Band Steering Fix if using a Telstra Smart Modem.

  • To reset: Press Reset button until you hear a beep, then release.
