Question: What should I do if the CSH-CAMDBWB / CSH-CAMDBBB Smart Full HD Video Doorbell is not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz is not supported.
  2. Reset the doorbell by holding the reset button for 5 seconds.
  3. Move the doorbell closer to your Wi-Fi router to check if the signal strength improves.
  4. Verify that your Wi-Fi password is correct during setup.
  5. If issues persist, try reconnecting the doorbell using AP mode in the app.
