CSH-FLDLCAM: Troubleshooting Connection Issues

Question: What should I do if the CSH-FLDLCAM Smart Wireless Floodlight Camera is not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as 5GHz is not supported.
  2. Restart the camera by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds until the LED blinks red.
  3. Make sure the camera is within range of the router.
  4. Check that your smartphone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network during setup.
  5. Restart the app and attempt the setup again if the issue persists.
