Question: What should I do if the CSH-SLBIO-870 Smart Door Lock is not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure you are connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, not 5GHz.
  2. Restart both the lock and your router.
  3. Ensure that your smartphone and the lock are within range of the Wi-Fi network.
  4. Check if the Wi-Fi signal strength at the door is sufficient.
  5. If issues persist, re-enter the network settings and try reconnecting.
