Question: What should I do if the CSH-10TRI-255 AmbiColour Smart Triangle Lights are not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Make sure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz is not supported.
  2. If the lights are not flashing, hold the power button for 4 seconds to enter pairing mode.
  3. Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your smartphone, and check for a strong Wi-Fi signal.
  4. If both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands use the same SSID, separate them in your router settings by giving them distinct names.
