Question: What should I do if the CSH-GU53RGB5W Smart RGB Light Bulb is not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz networks are not supported.
  2. If the light is not blinking, turn it on and off 4 times to re-enter pairing mode.
  3. Check that your Wi-Fi credentials are correct.
  4. If the light blinks slowly, switch from EZ Mode to AP Mode in the app’s pairing settings.
  5. Restart the app and your router if connection issues persist.
