Question: What should I do if the CSH-10HEX-248 Smart Hexagon Lights are not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure you are connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz networks are not supported.
  2. If the lights are not blinking rapidly, hold down the power button for 4 seconds to enter pairing mode.
  3. Make sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your phone, and check the signal strength near the installation site.
  4. If both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands use the same SSID, separate them in your router settings by giving them distinct names.
