Question: What should I do if the CSH-DIYCL-231 Smart Light Curtain is not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure you are connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz networks are not supported.
  2. If the lights are not flashing, hold the power button for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode.
  3. Double-check that your phone’s Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled and ensure a strong Wi-Fi signal near the installation.
  4. If both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands use the same SSID, separate them in your router settings by giving them distinct names.
