Answer:
- Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The 5GHz band is not supported.
- If the device does not enter pairing mode, press and hold the button for 8 seconds to reset it.
- If the LED is flashing slowly, the device is in AP pairing mode. You can switch back to EZ pairing mode by pressing and holding the button for 8 seconds or selecting AP mode in the app.
- Double-check your Wi-Fi credentials and make sure your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
