CSH-PLGUSB: Troubleshooting Connection Issues

Question: What should I do if the CSH-PLGUSB Smart Plug is not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The 5GHz band is not supported.
  2. If the device does not enter pairing mode, press and hold the button for 8 seconds to reset it.
  3. If the LED is flashing slowly, the device is in AP pairing mode. You can switch back to EZ pairing mode by pressing and holding the button for 8 seconds or selecting AP mode in the app.
  4. Double-check your Wi-Fi credentials and make sure your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
