Question: What should I do if the CSH-9BAR-262 AmbiColour Smart Light Bars are not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure you are connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz networks are not supported.
  2. If the controller light is not blinking rapidly, hold down the power button to enter pairing mode.
  3. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled and check that the Wi-Fi signal is strong where the light bars are installed.
  4. If both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands use the same SSID, separate them in your router’s settings.
