Question: What should I do if the CSH-LTVSY-279 AmbiColour Smart TV Backlight is not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as the 5GHz band is not supported.
  2. If the lights are not flashing rapidly, press and hold the power button until the lights start flashing quickly to enter pairing mode.
  3. Make sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your smartphone.
  4. If you have both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands on the same SSID, log into your router settings and separate the bands by giving them distinct names.
