Question: What should I do if the CSH-B22RGB10W4PACK RGB Smart Light is not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The 5GHz band is not supported.
  2. If the light is not flashing quickly, turn the light on and off 3-4 times to re-enter pairing mode.
  3. If the light is flashing slowly, it may be in AP pairing mode. You can switch to EZ mode by holding the power button or selecting AP Mode in the app.
  4. Double-check that your Wi-Fi credentials are correct and your phone is connected to the same network.
