Question: What should I do if the CSH-SWITCH1, CSH-SWITCH2, and CSH-SWITCH3 Smart Wall Switches are not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. 5GHz networks are not supported.
  2. Make sure the indicator light is rapidly blinking. If not, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 7 seconds to reset the device.
  3. Check that your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network during setup.
  4. Restart the Connect SmartHome app and try pairing again.
