What should I do if the CSH-IRREM Universal Remote Control is not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz is not supported.
  2. Check the Wi-Fi signal strength near the remote. If weak, consider moving the router closer or using a Wi-Fi extender.
  3. Make sure the LED indicator is solid green. If not, press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds to re-enter pairing mode.
  4. Restart the Connect SmartHome app and try pairing again.
