- Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz is not supported.
- Check the Wi-Fi signal strength near the remote. If weak, consider moving the router closer or using a Wi-Fi extender.
- Make sure the LED indicator is solid green. If not, press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds to re-enter pairing mode.
- Restart the Connect SmartHome app and try pairing again.
