Question: What should I do if the CSH-MOSENSOR Smart Motion Sensor is not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure your network is 2.4GHz, as 5GHz is not supported.
  2. Restart the sensor by holding the reset button for 6 seconds.
  3. Check for strong Wi-Fi signals where the sensor is installed.
  4. Ensure your smartphone is on the same Wi-Fi network during setup.
