Question: What should I do if the CSH-MAGMOSENS Smart Motion Sensor is not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Answer:

  1. Ensure you are connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5GHz is not supported.
  2. Restart the sensor by holding the reset button for 6 seconds and try again.
  3. Check if the Wi-Fi signal is strong where the sensor is installed.
  4. Ensure that your smartphone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network during setup.
